Who is Medpundit?
Medpundit is written by a family physician who has been in private practice since 1991. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice (that means she can pass multiple choice tests on a wide variety of medical topics), and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. (that means she has been out of residency long enough to qualify)
Sydney Smith is not her real name. She uses a pseudonym to avoid offending the sensibilites of any of her patients who may accidentally find the website.
